In the event that the advertised property differs from the actual property, or if the ad is found to be fraudulent or illegal, ZatPat Ads will not be held accountable. Any legal actions must be directed solely towards the seller who created or requested the ad.
Sellers have the option to publicly share their contact numbers while posting their property ads. However, please note that in doing so, sellers may receive fake or fraudulent calls, spam, or marketing calls from unknown sources. We have no control over such calls and will not be responsible for them.
ZatPat Ads App only provides a platform for sharing property ads or related ads and does not intervene in the actual property transaction process. We do not have any branch offices, associates, or agents in any location who deal on behalf of ZatPat Ads App.
ZatPat Ads will not be liable if anyone uses the name of ZatPat Ads or its associates to cheat others.
ZatPat Ads App may have marketing associates who collect property data from sellers. Sellers should verify the associate’s name, contact number, and Aadhaar card number with our customer care number before paying any money to them.
To ensure safety, we recommend paying directly to the company using the payment details provided on ZatPat Ads App.
